Text

(A)Each collector or dealer who sells, offers, or exposes for sale, or distributes nursery stock within this state, or ships nursery stock to other states, shall pay an annual license fee of one hundred twenty-five dollars to the director of agriculture for each place of business the collector or dealer operates.
(B)(1) Each dealer shall furnish the director, annually, an affidavit that the dealer will buy and sell only nursery stock which has been inspected and certified by an official state or federal inspector.
(2)Each dealer's license expires on the thirty-first day of December of each year. Each licensed dealer shall apply for renewal of the dealer's license prior to the first day of January of each year and in accordance with the standard renewal procedure of sections4745.01to474
