Text

If any court of competent jurisdiction issues any order restraining, overturning, or modifying any order of the director of agriculture that suspends or conditionally suspends or revokes an agricultural commodity handler's license or that refuses to issue an agricultural commodity handler's license, the department of agriculture, its officers, employees, and agents and the agricultural commodity depositors fund created in section926.16of the Revised Code shall be held harmless from any liabilities or financial obligations arising out of the operations of the handler while operating under the court order.
