Text

No person licensed under sections926.04to926.06of the Revised Code shall cancel an approved insurance coverage without the prior written approval of the director of agriculture and his approval of a substitute insurance coverage. No insurance company shall cancel an insurance policy covering the agricultural commodity inventory of a licensed handler without written notice to the director at least thirty days prior to the effective date of cancellation.
