The department of agriculture shall be reimbursed for actual administrative and overhead costs incurred in the administration of sections924.51to924.55of the Revised Code in an amount not to exceed ten per cent per year of the amount received in that year in the Ohio grape industries fund created under section924.54of the Revised Code.
