(A)There is hereby established in the state treasury a fund for each marketing program that is established by the director of agriculture pursuant to this chapter. Except as authorized in division (B) of this section, all moneys collected by the department of agriculture from each marketing program pursuant to section924.09of the Revised Code shall be paid into the fund for the marketing program and shall be disbursed only pursuant to a voucher approved by the director for use in defraying the costs of administration of the marketing program and for carrying out sections924.02,924.03, and924.13of the Revised Code.
(B)In lieu of deposits in the fund established pursuant to division (A) of this section, the operating committee of any marketing program established pursuant to this chapter
