Any record submitted to the department of agriculture under this chapter that indicates how an individual has voted in a referendum to establish or amend a marketing program under section924.07of the Revised Code, or in an election of the members of an operating committee under section924.03or924.22of the Revised Code is not a public record under section149.43of the Revised Code.
