Text
(A)All moneys collected by the treasurer of state under sections4301.43and4301.432of the Revised Code shall be deposited in the state treasury to the credit of the Ohio grape industries fund, which is hereby created. Moneys in the fund shall be disbursed to carry out the purposes of sections924.51to924.55of the Revised Code pursuant to vouchers approved by the director of agriculture.
(B)The Ohio grape industries committee shall publish annually an activity and financial report of the preceding fiscal year and shall submit the report to the director on or before the thirty-first day of July following the end of the fiscal year being reported.
