Text
(A)The grain marketing program operating committee shall establish a fiscal year for the grain marketing program. Within sixty days of the end of each fiscal year, the operating committee shall publish an activity and financial report and make the report available to each producer who pays the assessment levied under section924.26of the Revised Code or otherwise contributes to the program and to other interested persons.
(B)In addition to the reports required by division (A) of this section, the operating committee shall submit to the director of agriculture both of the following:
(1)An annual financial statement prepared by a certified public accountant holding a permit issued by the accountancy board under Chapter 4701. of the Revised Code. The operating committee shall
