Text
Municipal corporations issuing revenue bonds as provided in sections761.01to761.14, inclusive, of the Revised Code, shall establish a purchase fund to consist of all money appropriated by the municipal corporation for the purchase and improvement of property authorized to be purchased under section761.02of the Revised Code from the proceeds of the sale of any issue of its revenue bonds to the extent and subject to the conditions provided in the ordinance authorizing such bonds or in the trust agreements securing such bonds, all grants, gifts, and contributions made to the municipal corporation for such purpose, and all other moneys designated by it for the purpose of the acquisition and improvement of property.
