Text
Revenue bonds issued under section761.03of the Revised Code, shall be in such form and shall be sold in such manner and upon such terms as determined by the legislative authority of the municipal corporation issuing such bonds. Such bonds may be payable at any bank or trust company within or without the state, as determined by the legislative authority issuing such bonds. Any contract for the acquisition of a project may provide that payment shall be made in such bonds.
