The treasurer of a sanitary district shall, at the time of taking office, execute and deliver to the president of the board of directors of the sanitary district, a bond with good and sufficient sureties, to be approved by the board, conditioned that the treasurer shall account for and pay over as required by law, and as ordered by the board, all money received by him on the sale of any of such bonds or from any other source, and that he will only sell and deliver such bonds to the purchasers thereof under and according to the terms prescribed in this section and section6115.50of the Revised Code.
