Text
Each director of a sanitary district, before entering upon his official duties, shall take and subscribe to an oath before an officer authorized to administer oaths that he will honestly, faithfully, and impartially perform the duties of his office, and that he will not be interested directly or indirectly in any contract let for the purpose of carrying out sections6115.01to6115.79, inclusive, of the Revised Code. Said oath shall be filed in the office of the clerk of the court of common pleas of the county from which the director was appointed.
Each director shall give a good and sufficient bond for the faithful and honest performance of his duties.
