Text
(A)In any orders of court the words "The court now here finds that it hath jurisdiction of the parties to and of the subject matter of this proceeding" are equivalent to a finding that each jurisdictional fact necessary to confer plenary jurisdiction upon the court, beginning with the proper signing and filing of the initial petition to the date of the order, meets every legal requirement imposed by sections6115.01to6115.79, inclusive, of the Revised Code.
(B)No other evidence of the legal hypothecation of the special tax to the payment of the bonds is required than the passage of a bonding resolution by the board of directors of a sanitary district and the issuance of bonds in accordance therewith.
