Text
The moneys of every sanitary district shall consist of three separate funds:
(A)The "preliminary fund" consisting of the proceeds of the ad valorem tax authorized by section6115.46of the Revised Code, and such advancements as are made from the general county funds as provided in section6115.46of the Revised Code;
(B)The "bond fund" consisting of the proceeds of levies made against the special assessments of benefits equalized and confirmed under this chapter, and, as to sanitary districts organized for the purpose of providing a water supply, the proceeds of the sale of water pursuant to section6115.19of the Revised Code and the proceeds of bonds issued under this chapter;
