(A)The legislative authority of a municipal corporation or the board of township trustees of a township all or part of whose territory is included within the territory of a sanitary district that is established solely for the reduction of biting arthropods pursuant to division (F) of section6115.04of the Revised Code may enact an ordinance or adopt a resolution, as applicable, approving the submission to the court of common pleas that established the district a petition to exclude from the district the territory of the municipal corporation or the township, as applicable, that is included in the district.
