Text

The board of directors of a sanitary district may condemn for the use of the district, any land or property within or without said district not acquired or condemned by the court on the report of the board of appraisers of the sanitary district, according to the procedure provided by sections163.01to163.22, inclusive, of the Revised Code, instead of having appraisals and assessments made by the board of appraisers.
