Text

In case a sanitary district or subdistrict is organized for the purpose of providing a water supply for domestic, municipal, and public use within such district or subdistrict, the board of directors of the sanitary district shall proceed to prepare a plan for the improvement. The proceedings in reference to the improvement shall in all matters conform to this chapter; except that in the issuance of bonds, in the levying of assessments or taxes, and in all other matters affecting only the improvements of the district for water supply for domestic, municipal, and public use all proceedings and records thereof shall be kept separate from and shall not be amalgamated with the proceedings and records of the district in case it is also organized for other purposes, and no maintenance assessment
