Text
(A)Except as provided in division (C) of this section, whoever recklessly violates section6109.31of the Revised Code is guilty of a misdemeanor and, notwithstanding section2929.28of the Revised Code, shall be fined not more than ten thousand dollars or imprisoned for not more than four years, or both. Each day of violation constitutes a separate offense.
(B)Whoever knowingly violates division (B), (C), or (D) of section6109.31of the Revised Code is guilty of a felony and, notwithstanding section2929.18of the Revised Code, shall be fined not more than twenty-five thousand dollars or imprisoned for not more than four years, or both.
