Text

Whenever any person files with the environmental protection agency a complaint, in writing, setting forth that it is believed that water provided by a public water system is impure and dangerous to health or does not contain quantities of fluoride as required by section6109.20of the Revised Code, the director of environmental protection shall forthwith inquire into and investigate the conditions contained in the complaint.
