Text
If the responsible officers of a municipal corporation, county, or public institution fail to submit to the director, within ninety days after receipt of notice of an order of the director of environmental protection under section6109.15of the Revised Code, plans for compliance with the order, or fail to perform any act required of them by such order within a reasonable time, the order may be enforced by a writ of mandamus issued by any court authorized to issue such writ.
