Within ten days after a board of elections, under section6105.20of the Revised Code, has certified that a majority of the electors voting on the proposition have voted against continuing the existence of a watershed district, the secretary of the board of directors of the district shall call a special meeting of the board for the purpose of distributing the assets of the district. At such meeting the board shall determine the value of the assets of the district and provide for their distribution among the several watershed counties, in the ratio that the taxable value of the real and personal property within such county and within the territorial boundaries of the district bears to the taxable value of all real and personal property within the territorial boundaries of the district.
