Text

At the annual meeting called under section6105.16of the Revised Code the president or duly authorized representative of the board of county commissioners of each watershed county shall, by a majority vote of those present, adopt an expenditure budget for the district for the next succeeding calendar year. The amounts of the budget adopted under this section may be more or less than the amounts contained in the budget submitted under section6105.15of the Revised Code. The total amount of such budget shall be apportioned among the several watershed counties in the ratio that the taxable value of the real and personal property within such county and within the territorial boundaries of the district bears to the taxable value of all real and personal property within the territorial boundaries
