Text
The national guard scholarship donation fund is created in the state treasury. The fund shall consist of gifts, bequests, grants, and contributions made to the fund under division (L) of section5919.34of the Revised Code. Investment earnings of the fund shall be deposited into the fund. The fund shall be used to operate the Ohio national guard scholarship program created under section5919.34of the Revised Code.
