(A)The Ohio national guard consists of those organizations and units that are, under the laws of the United States and the regulations promulgated under them, prescribed as the portion of the army or air national guard of the United States located and organized within this state according to the locations, branches, organizations, and allotments approved by the governor of this state.

(B)The organizations and units of the Ohio national guard shall conform to and be organized according to the organizational or allowance tables prescribed by the department of the army or air force and by the national guard bureau for the national guard. In case of an emergency or imminent danger of an emergency, the governor, as commander in chief, may increase the size of the Ohio national guard accordin
