Text
No person shall operate or move a trackless trolley, traction engine, steam roller, or other vehicle, load, object, or structure, whether propelled by muscular or motor power, over or upon the improved public streets, highways, bridges, or culverts in this state, that weighs in excess of the weights prescribed in sections5577.01to5577.14of the Revised Code, unless the person has been issued a permit under section4513.34of the Revised Code. The prohibition in this section applies regardless of whether the weight is moved upon wheels, rollers, or otherwise. Any weight determination shall include the weight of the vehicle, object, structure, contrivance, and load.
