Text
The powers conferred by sections5559.02to5559.15, inclusive, of the Revised Code, shall be supplementary to those conferred by law upon boards of county commissioners, with respect to the improvement of public highways, and the authority of the board in such respect, under existing laws, shall be in no way altered or abridged by such sections.
