Text
The director of transportation, after receipt of a resolution providing for cooperation in a project as provided in section5521.04of the Revised Code, shall not approve a change order or extra work contract relating to that project until he first gives notice, in writing, of the change order or extra work contract to the affected board of county commissioners or municipal authorities.
