Text

(A)Whoever violates section5515.01of the Revised Code shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars for a first offense; for a subsequent offense such person shall be fined not more than two thousand five hundred dollars.
(B)Whoever violates division (G) of section5515.02of the Revised Code shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars for each day that the person remains in violation of that division.
(C)Whoever violates section5515.07of the Revised Code or any rule or regulation adopted pursuant to such section shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars for a first offense; for a subsequent offense such person shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars.
