Text
In addition to the powers and duties of the state highway patrol set forth in section5503.02of the Revised Code and subject to the limitations of section5503.01of the Revised Code, a state highway patrol trooper shall arrest any person found committing a misdemeanor within the bounds of rest areas or roadside parks within the limits of the right-of-way of interstate highways and other state highways, or in violation of section5515.07of the Revised Code in other areas within the limits of the right-of-way of interstate highways.
