Text

(A)Subject to division (E) of section5101.801of the Revised Code, there is hereby created the Ohio parenting and pregnancy program to provide services for pregnant women and parents or other relatives caring for children twelve months of age or younger that do both of the following:
(1)Promote childbirth, parenting, and alternatives to abortion;
(2)Meet one or more of the four purposes of the temporary assistance for needy families block grant as specified in 42 U.S.C. 601.
(B)To the extent permitted by federal law, the department of children and youth may provide funds under the program to entities with which the department enters into agreements under division (B)(3) of section5101.801of the Revised Code.
