Text
(A)The department of children and youth shall serve as the state's primary children's services agency and shall facilitate and coordinate the delivery of children's services in this state, including, but not limited to, those related to adoption, child care, child welfare, early childhood education, early intervention, foster care, home visiting, infant and early childhood mental consultation, and preschool special education.
(B)For purposes of this chapter and in addition to the services described in division (A) of this section, children's services include, but are not limited to, one or more government programs focused on any of the following:
(1)Adoption, child welfare, and foster care services;
(2)Early identification and intervention regarding behavioral health, including, but
