Text
(A)A nonprofit organization that receives a grant under section5180.706of the Revised Code must address the unique needs of the fathers of children who are served by the organization. The organization must do all of the following:
(1)Conduct an initial assessment of its engagement with those fathers and its provision of and referral to father-oriented services;
(2)Create an action plan to address any gaps identified through the assessment and implement the action plan;
(3)Engage with the Ohio commission on fatherhood to build relationships with fathers, help identify their needs, assist them in accessing services, and communicate with the organization about the challenges faced by these fathers and how to appropriately meet their unique needs.
