Text

(A)The Ohio commission on fatherhood shall elect a chairperson from among its members in every odd-numbered year.
(B)The governor shall appoint an individual to serve as the commission's executive director. The executive director shall serve at the pleasure of the governor and shall report to the director of children and youth or the director's designee. The governor shall fix the executive director's salary on the basis of the executive director's experience and the executive director's responsibilities and duties. The executive director shall be in the unclassified civil service. The department of children and youth shall provide staff and other support services as necessary for the commission to fulfill its duties.
