(A)The director of children and youth shall establish and administer the Ohio adoption grant program in accordance with sections5180.45to5180.454of the Revised Code.

(B)The director shall provide either of the following one-time payments for an adopted child to the child's adoptive parent if the requirements of division (A) of section5180.452of the Revised Code, but not division (B) of that section, are satisfied regarding the child:

(1)Ten thousand dollars;

(2)Fifteen thousand dollars, if the parent was a foster caregiver who cared for the child prior to adoption.

(C)The director shall provide a one-time payment for an adopted child of twenty thousand dollars to the child's adoptive parent if the requirements of divisions (A) and (B) of section5180.452of the Revised Code are sati
