Text
The provisions of divisions (A) and (D) to (G) of section5180.428of the Revised Code shall not apply if the person is eligible for temporary or permanent custody until age twenty-one pursuant to a dispositional order under sections2151.353,2151.414, and2151.415of the Revised Code.
