Text
(A)The department of children and youth shall adopt rules necessary to carry out the purposes of sections5180.428to5180.4210of the Revised Code, including rules that do all of the following:
(1)Allow an emancipated young adult described in division (A)(1) of section5180.428of the Revised Code who is directly receiving foster care payments, or on whose behalf such foster care payments are received, or an adopted young adult whose adoptive parents are receiving adoption assistance payments, to maintain eligibility while transitioning into, or out of, qualified employment or educational activities;
(2)Require that a thirty-day notice of termination be given by the department to an emancipated young adult described in division (A)(1) of section5180.428of the Revised Code who is receiving
