Text
Notwithstanding section5180.42of the Revised Code and any rules adopted thereunder, the department of children and youth shall pay the full nonfederal share of payments made pursuant to section5180.428of the Revised Code. No public children services agency shall be responsible for the cost of any payments made pursuant to section5180.428of the Revised Code.
