Text

(A)The department of children and youth may apply to the United States secretary of health and human services for a waiver of requirements established under Title IV-E, or regulations adopted thereunder, to conduct a demonstration project expanding eligibility for and services provided under Title IV-E. The department may enter into agreements with the secretary necessary to implement the demonstration project, including agreements establishing the terms and conditions of the waiver authorizing the project. If a demonstration project is to be established, the department shall do all of the following:
(1)Have the director of children and youth adopt rules in accordance with Chapter 119. of the Revised Code governing the project. The rules shall be consistent with the agreements the depar
