Text

(A)As used in this section and section5180.411of the Revised Code, "children services" means services provided to children pursuant to Chapter 5153. of the Revised Code.
(B)Within available funds, the department of children and youth shall distribute funds to the counties within thirty days after the beginning of each calendar quarter for a part of the counties' costs for children services. Funds provided to the county under this section shall be deposited into the children services fund created pursuant to section5180.411of the Revised Code.
(C)In each fiscal year, the amount of funds available for distribution under this section shall be allocated to counties as follows:
