Text
No person shall access or use information contained in the information system established and maintained under section5180.40of the Revised Code other than in accordance with section5180.402of the Revised Code or rules authorized by that section.
No person shall disclose information obtained from the information system established and maintained under section5180.40of the Revised Code in a manner not specified by rules authorized by section5180.404of the Revised Code.
