(A)As used in this section and sections5180.271to5180.278of the Revised Code, "pregnancy-associated death" means the death of a woman while pregnant or anytime within one year of pregnancy regardless of cause.

(B)There is hereby established in the department of children and youth a pregnancy-associated mortality review (PAMR) board to identify and review all pregnancy-associated deaths statewide for the purpose of reducing the incidence of those deaths. Last updated October 3, 2025 at 10:20 AM
