(A)A residential camp, as defined in section2151.011of the Revised Code, a child day camp, as defined in section5104.01of the Revised Code, or a child day camp operated by any county, township, municipal corporation, township park district created under section511.18of the Revised Code, park district created under section1545.04of the Revised Code, or joint recreation district established under section755.14of the Revised Code may procure epinephrine autoinjectors for use in emergency situations identified under division (C)(5) of this section by doing one of the following:
(1)Having a licensed health professional authorized to prescribe drugs, acting in accordance with section4723.483,4730.433, or4731.96of the Revised Code, personally furnish the epinephrine autoinjectors to the camp o
