Text
The medicaid director may continue to operate the component of the children's health insurance program initially authorized by an executive order issued under section107.17of the Revised Code as long as federal financial participation is available for the program. If operated, the component shall pay for part or all of the cost of health benefits coverage for uninsured individuals under nineteen years of age with family incomes not exceeding one hundred fifty per cent of the federal poverty line.
