Text
(A)Whoever violates section4973.12of the Revised Code shall be fined not less than fifty nor more than one hundred dollars or imprisoned not less than ten nor more than thirty days.
(B)Whoever violates section4973.26of the Revised Code shall be fined not less than five nor more than twenty-five dollars.
