Text
No person or company shall operate in this state any electric or street railway car or interurban railroad car unless it is provided at all times during operation with seats for the motorman and conductor.
A violation of this section constitutes a violation of it by the president, general manager, general superintendent, or other officer in charge of operation. An offense on any calendar day and as to any car is a separate and distinct offense from a violation on any other such day.
The prosecuting attorneys of the various counties shall prosecute violations of this section.
