Text
All rules, regulations, stipulations, and agreements, declared unlawful by sections4973.02to4973.04, inclusive, of the Revised Code, are void. A corporation, association, or person violating, or aiding or abetting the violation of such sections shall forfeit to the person thus wronged or deprived of his rights, not less than fifty nor over five hundred dollars for each offense, to be recovered by a civil action.
