Text
No conductor having charge of a passenger train or of the cars of any interurban railroad carrying passengers within this state shall willfully neglect his duty as required by sections4973.24and4973.25of the Revised Code, or fail to use all the means in his power to carry out such sections. Whoever violates this section is guilty of negligence of official duty.
