Text
(A)Whoever violates section4963.06of the Revised Code shall be fined not less than twenty-five nor more than one hundred dollars.
(B)Whoever, being the person in charge of the operation and management of a railroad which fails to comply with section4963.07of the Revised Code, which failure results in personal injury, shall be fined not less than fifty nor more than five hundred dollars.
(C)Whoever violates section4963.08of the Revised Code shall be fined not less than twenty-five nor more than three hundred dollars.
(D)Whoever violates section4963.21,4963.22, or4963.24of the Revised Code shall be fined not less than one hundred nor more than five hundred dollars.
