Text
All railroad coaches carrying passengers shall be equipped with at least one portable fire extinguisher. Such fire extinguishers shall be of a construction which renders them durable and efficient. The public utilities commission shall enforce this section.
No person, company, or corporation operating a railroad in whole or in part in this state shall violate this section. Each day that such person, company, or corporation runs its trains in violation of this section constitutes a separate offense.
