Text
Every person, firm, or corporation operating a railway wholly or in part within this state shall provide a suitable waiting room for the use of the traveling public at each station where a passenger train of the railroad is regularly scheduled to stop. Such room shall be so maintained and kept as to be conducive to the comfort and health of the patrons of the railroad. Where any such waiting room is located within a municipal corporation within reasonable connecting distance of a water supply and sewerage system, there shall be provided in connection with such waiting room suitable and separate toilet rooms and water closets for the use of male and female persons.
